Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 09, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains conduct that is not permitted when accessing proclify.com or a Proclify service.
Part of the terms. This AUP forms part of the Terms of Service and any customer agreement that incorporates it. A more specific signed agreement controls if it expressly permits or restricts a particular use differently.
1. Scope
This AUP applies to customers, authorized users, visitors, and anyone accessing or using a Proclify website, service, system, integration, or related resource. You are responsible for ensuring that people who use a service through your account follow this policy.
3. Prohibited activity
You must not use a Proclify service to:
- violate applicable law, regulation, court order, or another person's legal rights;
- facilitate fraud, deception, impersonation, harassment, threats, abuse, exploitation, or unlawful discrimination;
- create, distribute, or enable malware, destructive code, credential theft, phishing, spam, or other harmful activity;
- infringe or misappropriate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or contractual rights;
- collect, monitor, or disclose information about a person without required notice, permission, or legal authority; or
- help another person engage in conduct prohibited by this policy.
4. Content and data
You must have the rights, permissions, notices, and legal basis needed for content or data you submit, connect, process, or instruct Proclify to use. Do not submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless the applicable agreement and service configuration expressly support it and you have implemented required safeguards.
You must not use the service to publish or distribute content that is unlawful, intentionally deceptive, exploitative, or designed primarily to cause harm.
5. Security and technical restrictions
Except where Proclify gives written permission or applicable law expressly allows it, you must not:
- probe, scan, test, or exploit a vulnerability;
- bypass authentication, access controls, usage limits, or protective measures;
- access another customer's account, data, systems, or resources;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or extract a service or its data in violation of an agreement or law;
- disrupt, overload, degrade, or interfere with the service or its users; or
- use credentials, tokens, integrations, or automated requests outside their documented or authorized purpose.
Good-faith security reports should be sent to hello@proclify.com before public disclosure.
6. Automated and high-impact use
You are responsible for reviewing automated actions and outputs before relying on them. Do not use a Proclify service as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions where law, professional standards, or reasonable care require qualified human judgment or additional safeguards.
You must not represent automated output as verified fact when it has not been reviewed, or use automation to mislead people about whether they are interacting with a person.
7. Service resources and third parties
You must use service capacity reasonably and may not impose a disproportionate load or circumvent quotas. When connecting a third-party product, account, or data source, you are responsible for obtaining authorization and complying with that provider's terms. You may not use Proclify to access a third-party service in a manner that the third party prohibits.
8. Enforcement
Proclify may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend access, or terminate the affected service when reasonably necessary to protect the service, customers, third parties, or Proclify. Where practical and appropriate, Proclify will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Serious, repeated, unlawful, or urgent conduct may require action without advance notice.
Proclify may preserve and disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce an agreement, or protect rights and safety, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or a violation of this AUP to hello@proclify.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant service, conduct, dates, and supporting evidence. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary personal information.
10. Changes and contact
Proclify may update this AUP as services, risks, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current public version. An applicable signed agreement controls how material changes apply to an active customer engagement.
